I stayed at Laekur Hostel for a few nights during my trip to Iceland. Everything was perfect - no hassles, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, good wifi, lockers, and a well-equipped kitchen. The self-check-in instructions were sent to me as I had a late arrival. I also appreciated the respect and sensitivity shown by the manager when there was a mix-up with my reservation, as they kindly waived my charges. I will definitely come back when I can. Thank you!

I stayed at Laekur for a week, and it was perfect for my budget travel needs. The hostel had a very clean and modern look, and the kitchen was well equipped. The people staying there were very friendly and sociable. I loved that they had big lockers outside the rooms, which helped to keep the bedrooms quiet. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was great, with a quiet street and a relaxing atmosphere. There were also bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to the city center.
